I got back to the Y today for some XT. Things went a little better than last time. Not much, but some. I was able to complete just about every set, though I had to cut the number of reps for some exercises. It seems like my legs are almost back where they were in December, but my arms are still having problems. Some of that is attributable to some upper arm pain in my right arm, probably triceps, but most of it is just due to a drop in ability. I’ll have to figure out how to work my arms without making my triceps worse.
On some leg exercises, I may start looking to boost the weights a bit. On some arm exercises, I may need to back off a bit more. We’ll see. Meanwhile, at least I got the workout in.
